Microsoft and Chinese internet service provider PPTV signed a partnership deal that will bring a new web TV Service to the platform names Azure from Microsoft.

This will be Microsoft’s first cloud-based collaboration. This will see PPTV’s Asia TV Networks launched using Azure as its main infastrcuture.

Two other major tech Giants have agreed to explore further opportunities to work together in the realms of online TV!

PPTV is currently the largest online television service that operates in China.
